Our family of companies is principally comprised of DiGiorgio Associates Inc. (DAI), who is devoted to providing planning, architecture, engineering, and interior design services, along with Monitor Builders Inc. (MBI), a construction management specialist. Together, we form a powerful team committed to fulfilling the ultimate goals of your project. The principals and staff have a long standing record of consistently providing imaginative solutions to our clients based on a comprehensive and thoughtful consideration of function, feasibility, cost, value, aesthetics and scheduling.

DAI was founded in 1984 by Domenic DiGiorgio and John Weaver, followed by the founding of MBI in 1988 with John Hughes and Steve Kovacs. In 2002, DAI set itself apart from other firms by adding in-house engineering which offers our clients a broader range of services. Our headquarters is located in Boston, Massachusetts, with a satellite office in Farmingdale, Maine. Staffing has grown to over 50 for both office and on-site project locations.
